The Seiko guy on Reddit just posted a new for sale ad

My wife wants an Omega Suverän or other Omega with very similar design.

Hands are maybe not original, but they might be and I think they look good with the watch.
Have inquired further about condition and postage.

I would pass on that unless it’s very reasonable, hands and dial condition. Have you got a budget in mind?

Edit: actually the dial is kinda growing on me but hands aren’t, don’t know how difficult finding a set of proper syringes would be...

Afaik they came with blank crowns.
I like the dial.

I rarely wear my 30T since I don’t want to break it but I love how classy the old ones look.

Minute hand looks like it's been replaced judging by the lume. Hour hand looks similar in patina to the dial so could be original.

My Brother in Law works for Hermes, and they have twice a year staff sales, where certain products are at a 90% discount.. I still haven't been convinced to buy any of the watches..

Yes, my Speedbird GMT is 11.6mm thick (although it does appear that there's "GMT" and GMT).
