What time is it? Watches and horology

Ok. They won't say who made it, all they would tell me is that it is made in Switzerland.

On previous models they have used Soprod.

EDIT. On three hand watches they have previously used Soprod A10. I think the A10 is actually a Seiko 4L clone, from memory. Could be wrong.

@kirth It's not a Hodinkee exclusive, however Hodinkee are the only people other than Seiko stocking it, hence I will call Seiko when they open.

@kirth Seiko are definitely getting them - at what point the guy couldn't tell me. He also couldn't tell me whether it'd be a boutique exclusive or if they're going to sell them through their site, too.

Toronto. I'm jealous of almost every facet of the shopping situation in the states. Everything here is at least 30% more expensive straight off the bat. Then to try and ship things across the border makes it prohibitively expensive.

These are good, I'd like one as my water/camping/cycling watch. Not available in Aus yet

I got the condensation out. My dispute was denied against the eBay seller which was annoying. But the condensation was what I was most miffed about and I was able to sort that myself. Glad to have it back on the wrist, I like this watch a lot.
