Just got this on eBay for £80. In need of a clean and a service, but I love it.

I don't think I'd heard of Camerer Cuss before but there's some serious history to the brand. You got a family connection? (Cuss/Kuss)

Interesting. Do u think the dial is original? Looks Avant Garde. Maybe Early 20th Century at a complete guess..

Yeah, It's the family business. Used to be shops all over London, the last one is now a Subway in Shepherd's Bush.
The two watches on the right are from 2016 and are the first new products be branded Camerer Cuss for decades. The other two are much older (1921 and late 1930s).

It is supposedly Swiss, from around 1930.

Just found another online, looks as if I might have got a bargain. I don't have the original chain though.

Hi all! Not sure if this is the right place for this, but has anyone gone to the Cartier exhibition that's currently on at the design museum?

What kind of speed0/chronometer trickery is going on here...

One of these, or a variant?
I prefer the Timefactors Smiths Blackshadow, but as pretty as it is, can't get over the silliness of it. The new Airking does something similar, without resorting to completely meaningless numbers.

The 65mm version seems exccessive.

which one are you keeping for your own collection?
-
• #22320
Neither. Sticking with collecting Omega, and possibly Tudor.
The above are just two interesting pieces that came in over the weekend.
But if I had the money I could be tempted with the milgauss......... -
• #22321
Milgauss is one of the few Rolex I actually like.
The Yatchmaster is awful. The Omega you posted a few up though is perfection. Would happily take it off your hands, but you would have to take considerably less than it's worth (I am an impoverished NHS employee...)

My financial controller has told me I am not to be buying anything until the Hydronaut is sold.
She is to be obeyed.
This is the same woman who refused to accept a frameset delivery from Planet X saying to the driver "that cant be for my husband, he's got four bikes already"
And i had to drive to the fucking depot to pick up!! -
• #22323
you should consider a Tissot tissonic tuning fork

Both the Yachtmaster would benefit from a better dial. Not a fan of the silver background (white would be better).
Milgauss not in green or blue? White face is great, but less enamoured with the orange.
handsome collection you have there.
