Talking about Explorer homages, Tudor have sort-of (it has a Submariner dial) released a 36mm one at Baselworld:

Just as I predicted then. I've got one of these for the wrist and one for the safe ;)

It's so funny, they're determined to NOT give people* what they really want...
Chuck the Explorer dial off that other Tudor further upthread on there and they'd sell like hot cakes... I know they're trying to do their own thing but they're still very much tied to mum's apron strings... Tudor Sub, Tudor 1016 (OG size) and bang! I'd probably buy both!

Apart from the steinhart ocean one military are there any other diver watches out there that do not have a date, I guess I would go to about 2k. Please thanks. Cheaper is preferable
I know it looks like I didn't read of what you requested but...

I found a few on ebay.com, but the code numbers did not correspond
he had another trader who ensconced himself in a room next to his workshop, trader had a stainless rolex oyster (i think) from '82, black face, unusual, box papers, rarely out of box, my mate said 8.5 k was fair to buy at, trade at 10k,

Can't wait to get that into stock, but still prefer the original ( that is if you can call it original after '60s homage submariner / tudor sub mash up)

I quite like the juxtaposition of the Bic Crystal and plastic wood laminate in the first picture Vs the watchforum love of car steering wheels in the forth.
It sort of says this watch is flash and function.
No idea what the sock and stair combo is aspiring to though!
no he doesn't.. its the 2016 model.
