Yeah, he was really made up, quite taken with it. My ma bought him a watch as well, a titanium Skägen quartz. Wish we'd co-ordinated beforehand!

I've just received a slightly grimy casio analogue/digital yacht timer.
It's meant to be water resistant to 100m but age suggests it's certainly not on its first battery.

My question is, should I risk it in an ultrasonic bath? We have decent sized ones at work..
