Re-starpped my Smiths Everest today. The leather is 4.5mm thick, which I didn't appreciate would feel quite so thick as it does. The chunk-factor is taking a bit of getting used to.

The back story is quite cool. Celebrating various elements of Norwegian military history. For example, the leather straps are made from the Norwegian leather satchels used by the SAS during D Day.
