If that was for me: No it's Bell&Ross space 3 titanium. It' was the first in the series designed themselves having previoulsy been done by Sinn.

The photo doesn't do it justice. It's in amazing condition. If Alsal can't work around the link screw issue, ebay works, within almost reachable cost;
Ta for the link about many of their own kind. Had it to Alsal yesterday and the vintage Omega place in Burlington Arcade today, who are happy to service but not repair. Alsal gave me two options - they could go at it with abandon there and then, which may bugger the bracelet forever, or go gently-gently and flood the screw holes (whatever they're called) with grease to try and coax out the knackered screws.
Worst that can happen with that method is nothing, but they'd need to take the watch off me for a couple of days and I'm not keen on that having just begun wearing it. However I'll probably take them up on their offer as my mind cannot shake the imperfection of the current clasp adjustment, so it's worth a bash. They confirmed it's the original bracelet too. If I go back there though there's a couple of Junghans in the window with my name on, so I'm staying away for the next while.
TheorySwine, what model is it? Its a new one on me, and I can't stop looking.
It's a 1022. Been looking into the dial - nearest I've found is another watch from the same year, but different model. There's another very similar dial in a 70s Dynamic on eBay I've got half an eye on, but I've yet to find an exact match for either dial or model.

It is very nice, not seen one like it. The 1022 is the movement, one of the last Omegas before ETAs took over. The case number starting 166.0** should be marked on the case back. But only any good if you have the catalogue for that year.

I see. I certainly don't have any catalogue but it's stamped 1660117, in which case it's a Geneve Day Date with what I have seen referred to as a bull's-eye dial.

My Dad's Dynamic has a similar dial. I wonder when the 70's models are going to get very popular.

The bracelet should be 1193/672

The Tudor saga continues...
I sent the package back to Neil Wood at Chronomaster and it's arrived safely... However...
He now reckons I've wrecked the bracelet and that there are scratches on there that he said weren't when it left his care...
Absolute bollocks!
The scratches were already there when I took it out of the box! I decided to live with it, it was only when the thing stopped working I decided to send it back!
So fucking angry...

Outrage mate, I had the same albeit from a retail jewellers abouta ring for the missus. When it arrived it was such a dull and dirty ring, like it had been used already and nothing like it should actually have looked. Tried to refund it in store and they basically told me it had been used. Kept pointing out it was how it had arrived but would not listen.
Luckily just then i remembered sending the wife a picture of it on the phone the day I got it. Showed the manager the picure with the date stamp for proff and she couldn't argue another word. Quietly handed me the money.
I'd suggest if you have a picture of it at all to send it to him and argue the point. Load of dishonest chancers out there.

^^ Makes me wonder why people pay the premium to buy from shops.
It seems unlikely that it would develop a fault in such a small amount of time. They should have measured how strongly that watch was running before sending it out to you.

Spoke to him a little while ago... Judging by his manner on the phone, I don't think he had checked the watch after it had come back from his guy... He couldn't tell me with any real confidence that the bracelet wasn't like that when it left him...
The fact that it was really dirty when it arrived in my hands goes in my favour... I don't think it had been looked at since he acquired it... FFS He didn't even get the contents of the box right on the sales description...
Anyway, now I wait for my money... He says he's happy to give me a full refund...

tell him to fix it

Nah, there was a tiny blemish on one of the dial markers as well... Didn't spot it on the original picture and it was the first thing I saw every time I looked at the dial...
Would've driven me nuts...

long shot, but any places in marrakech to purchase a decent/serviceable automatic.
I'll be out there for a few days and current watch has given up the ghost as mentioned above, so looking for a cheap replacement whilst I consider my options..let me know.

Can't you just use the IPhone whilst considering your options?

My Murts-modified SKX007.
Taken in the Florida Keys last week. Check out the boards of the jetty in the background.
Better.
