Seiko skx031. Basically a smaller version of the skx007. From the online photos the face doesn't look as cheap as the skx007.
I don't think they're made any more. The strap looks nice. I wonder if it's the original, or an aftermarket oyster one.
Also surely it needs a NATO strap to be a hipster watch.
