What Mrak doesn't tell you is that you need to get the image location and then click 'image' in the edit window, then paste the direct image URL in there.

Flickr doesn't let you hotlink (at least, not easily) so that won't work.

Well, it's very easy if it's your own photo. Click on it, click on 'download' (arrow pointing to line under it), choose the resolution you want, right click, paste URL into 'image' field. Here it is in the original size (the forum will reduce it in size).
