The Ultegra ones in Charlton Halfords came with some cleats found at the back of a drawer and scanned through the till at precisely £10.00!

I think there was a pair of black 105 SPD-R in the cabinet too but definitely no cleats for those. -

I'm gonna stick my neck out an say, I don't like spd-r. too difficult to get in and out of and don't feel as nice as my spd-sl (imho). That is all.

Yes they were expensive, yes they are dura ace. yse I probably paid a little too much for them. But they are doing the job nicely, thank you very much!!
