I have witnessed first hand the fat Aussie birds pissed in Shep Bush Walkabout, "you can come to mine but you ain't fcuking me" lol and that was to the cab driver.

big +1 for cafe Lalibela, the closest food equivalent I have found here is Adulis on Brixton road. As hard as I try I can never undersand how someone could actually think it would be a good idea to make furnitue like they have at Franco Cozzo

i wasn't a VUT kid, (thank goodness) but i lived at one end of footscray and worked at the other, so rode up and down and around it all the time.

many thumbs up to lalibela, and so many other places that i can't recall the names of. i miss foots food, and the market so very very much. every lunch time was like a wonderland of "where shall i go today??"

tommy- it's terribly ugly prolly coz it is/was a front for a cocaine racket. (i am 90% sure this is true and not an urban legend, and am too lazy to google.) the more overstuffed the chair, the more volume for salez.

as an aside...
there is a new era of franco furniture being recycled via garage sales out sunshine way. really cheap coz no-one wants it. watch it, in 12-odd years the hipster kidz won't be able to get enough of it.
