Any suggestions for somewhere a bit like Modern Pantry but not Modern Pantry. Preferably central and not that popular that I can't get a table there this Saturday for lunch?

Oldroyds in Angel?

A week on Friday I need somewhere for about 10 people.
The majority are staying in Docklands, so anywhere within a 20-minute walk/short taxi ride (Bermondsey, Rotherhithe, Canary Wharf, Greenwich).
Good pub is fine too. Quite a few are vegetarians though.
Thanks!

No but I have in-law fam down there and will definitely be visiting next time I'm down if you have a good experience

The Narrow in Limehouse by the river is nice. Food isn't mindblowing but service and setting is great.

We're in Plymouth as of today so give us a shout if you're down.
I'm thinking of booking a table in August so will keep you posted.

That looks nice but might be a bit expensive for my northern family.
The Mayflower looks decent for food, but I've only drunk there. Does anyone have any experience?

The Greenwich union does good food and beer but sometimes is light on veggie options.

That looks really nice actually. Good shout.

Anyone know of any veggie friendly options in West Hampstead or Mill Hill?
-
• #942
If you can bop over to Hampstead, Woodlands is an absolutely banging Vegetarian South Indian restaurant. It is very good.

Cheers. Will check it out.

Is that place any good? I always see the staff having a crafty fag outside when I go past on my way back from school of an evening.
Mien Tay 100%, so good.
