    As there have been so many dedicating time to the track this year, would it make sense to split this into two sections by experience rather than a seeding race as previously? A's and B's, A races for 'experienced' (15 or 20+ track sessions), B races for less experienced?

    I think some of the more experienced riders may struggle to really enjoy riding with the less experienced and visa versa. That way, the experienced people could enjoy some proper structured racing and the less experienced could enjoy some general track fun.

    I know this would penalise slow experienced racers like me, being up against JC, mikec, illy etc

    i think the idea of splitting the group is a good one, keeps it competitive for everyone, but i think it would be more fair to split it in the same or similar way to last time, with a bunch of fairly small, shortish scratch races to open up the account, say 12 people 8 laps and top 6 go through (i know this doesnt suit some people who are hoping for more sprint based events that well, but you should be able to keep going for 8 laps) as having someone who is inexperienced but fast will ruin it for the slower people and a few people wobbling about in the fast group shouldnt be too much of a hassle.think the best advice is for anyone who is hoping to be in the running to get down to some saturday training sessions to learn a bit of track craft before the big day!and 15+ sessions rules me out guy, so im not in favour of that, as i think it would creat a really small group of people racing in a A cat.just my 2p

    TBH i will probably be sat in a corner drinking instead of riding anyway. I have a mates wedding the day before and I don't think the party will be finished until the wee small hours. All day drinking for the win!
