The funnest and most depresing thing about my win last night was after the race Jos got off his bike to get another beer, and could hardly walk in a straight line! I hate to think about what he could do if he was sober.

i was thinking about Emirates Stadium, mainly because its a circuit so no mobile phone would be required to time it. problem is its long! for any smokers like me it will be killer, also it gets very windy. but it is a wide lane, and there are big steps for bleachers. I want another crack though. i feel like such a mug for bollocking up my run last night.
