  • Missed today's stage, any good? Cav?

  • cav was 4th or 3rd in the sprint

  • fucking TOC coverage for the TT tonight is shite! about 60% of the coverage is shots of the city skyline and sky scrapers

    fuck off!

  • good luck mick rogers, I went to school with him, he weas a cool guy, didnt go to class much though. he was always going to the other side of the world racing, and we were like-"you can make money riding a bike...? nice"

  • "Redwoods: Amazing beasts of the vegetable world." The commentary is spectacular.

    Stealth advertising? ;)

  • Surprisingly little discussion of the fact that yet another Aussie won the whole thing. What is it, has everyone been out enjoying the nice weather? Shame on youz.

  • yes, yes and more yes ^^ no shame here ;-)

  • ^^ suitable shamed and sunburnt, Doh!
And yes an amazing ride by Rogers, especially the last day fighting endless attacks on his own (what is it at the moment with Aussies taking on all comers on their lonesome?) total class piece of riding Levi and Zabriskie ganged up to no avail:-)

  • yes, yes and more yes ^^ no shame here ;-)

I bet you secretly dope and haven't come clean about it yet. ;)

  • Belated congrats to Mick ftw!

    moves thread

  • Could they make a stage anymore boring?

  • nice finish just boring long straight flat road until the last few km

  • I take it back, amazing last couple of laps. Go Swift!

  • yeah, dull, dull, dull, then, wow, best couple of minutes of racing on tv for ages

  • just watched the final kms here and they were awesome. Go Swift!

  • The time zone works quite well for us here. Unless I'm mistaken ITV4 had it live in HD in the evening.

  • Thanks for the link, ewanmac!

That was not an easy win by any stretch. Awesome work.

  • Really strongn start by Team Sky there. Increadibly dominant in the last 2 km. Very well done leaving it that late and having 5 at the front, followed by epic sprinting by Swift. Well done that man.

Your right though, very boring first few hours. I actually swapped over to Bridget Jones' Diary as even that was better than America's infamous boring land.

At least the stages will get more interesting after that.

    ^this. yep generally 21.30/22.00-midnight

  • Well done Swifty

  • just watched the final kms here and they were awesome. Go Swift!

just watched it, fantastic piece of tv

  • pains me to say it but the Radioshack online ATOC coverage has the best streamimg video I've ever seen for a cycling event

Now with bonus epic Rapha USA adverts too, California really does look great for riding.

  • Meh. Stage 1. May as well have just had a crit around town.
