Cyclocross - CX and SSCX races and training

Thursday 5th July - Jubilee Park, Leyton

Thursday 19th July - Frylands Wood Scout Outdoor Centre, Croydon

Thurday 2nd August - Beckenham Place, Lewisham

Thursday 16th August - Herne Hill Velodrome

I'm signed up for the latter two, just like last year. Hoping not to come DFL at Beckenham Place Park like I believe I did last year.

Hope to make three of them, sadly Frylands is looking unlikely for me.

Might make frylands, probably won't make Beckenham, will attempt Herne hill.

You're lucky in london with the amount of races there are, it sounds amazing. I follow this thread with interest and whenever I get close to building up the cross check for cross i realise how impractical it is in the northwest without a car

How was the race? Any cold beers had?

Warm beers, dry fast course and lots of fun.

Edit: if anybody knows who is the course builder can you let them know that barriers in front of steps is silly. Use them on a straight stretch before a climb.
