Ill make sure I get that remount then.

I also have, clent hills, lickey hills and Wyre forest within 10 to 20 miles of my house too. So plenty of choice for training!

Does anyone have any interest in a pair of miche primatos tubs? Rim brake. I swapped the freehub so they use shimano now.
Freehub body and 105 cassette included. Plus a pair of specialised tracers (i think) on there. Look like loads of tyre life, rim life, cassette is used in 3 races maybe.Anyway.
Anyone?

Because Andy isn't allowed out of the house I believe he spends a lot of time suffering on the turbo
Typical training is a mix of short high intensity efforts + running and remounting drills.
