To be honest I think the camera is on its last legs.. I have to half-press the autofocus on it about 10 times before it sorts it shit out.
I really should stop throwing it at walls..
Maybe it's time to get that iPhone I always wanted.. pukes on cock

Shame, you should of shouted Ved, it would of been nice to have a quick coffee. (if coffee is allowed in your Dragon training!)

I'm doing that thing with my leg/foot/ankle that horses have to do at equestrian competitions.
I've been off the bike since then with a physiological problem. It's still not right. I'm going out NOW to see if I can manage an hour's ride. Otherwise, I could be doubtful for Tuesday...

All - here is a copy of the map with several return routes mapped out. as you can see there are excellent chances for people to return to the station throughout the ride if needs be. please print a copy for yourself so that you remain responsible for your own ride.

How did it go, hope you are feeling better and can make it out on Tuesday eve?

It was okay - the pain was still THERE when I got home, but I didn't really notice it while riding.
Did 65 miles round the North Downs yesterday, and felt fine by the time I got home. I've been doing neat Cyder Vinegar too, and a general infection has lifted, so the thing that's been bugging me has passed without resorting to the nasty hardcore antibiotics in my cupboard :)
I didn't have very good legs, so the 39/19 climbs @ 25% were more effortful than a few weeks ago, but I still made it up okay. Chalk Pit Lane remains the most sadistic, and Succombs Hill cannot be beaten on the steepness front. 'Discovered' some amazing new lanes - far too technical to get bored, even riding on my own for 4 hours.
The other 'secret project' is totally happening, BTW...

Great news on both counts especially the 'project, wow...', we probably crossed paths at some point as I was also out but with a bunch from the local bike shop for 5 hours (but less mileage!) on Sat morn up and down the North Downs.
Are you still considering the TNRC ride? -

Whereabouts, Scarlett?
Not sure about riding fixed on Tuesday now, went out on the road bike today, had no legs whatsoever up any climb.
and is also honest for everyone
