coppi that your a star, though uncertain of the sizing, as its an xxl and I prefer to think of myself as a medium or a large, xxl makes me see myself as a lardy american squeezing into khaki shorts, knee high socks, sandals with a bum bag at my waist.

I'm pretty sure I know this route actually, I used to live in Essex right near East London and I know those parts of essex/routes back to central etc really well, I also lived in a slightly more rural part nearby for about 10 years when I was kid which I used to cycle around (Loughton, Buckhurst Hill, Theydon Bois etc), so i'd be more than happy to lead alongside or be like a guide for the ride as well if people get lost or something.

Nice one. It's slightly more NE, but that is the general area. I'd like to get a little speed up in some parts when we get out there, not too fast, but the group may get spread out at times. I am producing a fairly detail routecard so nobody should get lost if they stick to that, but be good to have a couple of people along who know the area just in case.

Ok if you want PM me some approximate route details, and i'll tell you how well I know those areas, the route or whatever.
