  • I'd say cycleogical are the closest to a fg/ss shop we have -a lot of the messengers use the place, and they have a great selection of bits and bobs, just that they're hidden away in the back... Ok, so you won't get njs stamped this or nitto that, but you'll get a good range of quality, functional stuff in there generally

  • WOW WOW WOW... easy now... come er * hugs tiny explosion.. tiny explosion beings to sob uncontrolably* like i said i bought a saddle and pedals that i have no complaints about. I never argued over price and certainly never bought 'shizz' what?? and found the bald( for lack of a better or more considerate description) lad who drivers the honda(i also driver bikes and had a great like conversation about CBR's with) very friendly, helpful and funny but on occasion i asked a few to many questions and they got a bit unfriendly. my point is friend or no friend if you REALLY want to sell some equipment and help people with their purchase you have to be friendly and understanding! ilove lemonade

  • It's all good mate, I'm not trying to defend anyone, just saying I've had good experiences in there! I don't mind how anyone finds a particular shop.... I do like hugs though :)

    +1 mate

  • Come to the alleycat tonight, and we can hug it out!

  • I think cycleways has the best selection of "fixed gear" stuff. They sell Brookes, although not many. And stock some single speeds.

    Peace

  • where's that? ^^

Think Bike is on the Rathmines Road, a few doors down from Aldi. The workshop is in a mews down the side road towards the Leinster Cricket Club and take the first left. Ask in the main shop if that means nothing to you.

  • New one on the Long Mile Road called The Cycle Inn, I believe they have a branch in Tallaght too, it's in beside that really cool motorbike showroom, Bikeworld, they've not got a huge amount of Fixed/Singlespeed in there but nice guys and a good selection of other stuff! Worth a check out, nice roadies and MTB's in there!
