Was supposed to be riding the r25/7 with @Borek but last minute lights on the course meant a course change to 1 lap of the national 100 course. It could be a quick course on a less windy day...managed a 56.28 and @Borek a 58.20 despite his taking a wrong turn at the last roundabout.

Yeah, the DC section is very exposed and was a real struggle in the wind, but surface generally good. Not sure where you start but the first few miles to Mitchell troy were some of the most fun roads I have TTed on, fast swooping downhill.
Rob went for 110" and reckoneded he was significantly over geared.
Hope the wind dies down for you tomorrow. What time are you riding?

Yes, does sound a little tall. I'm on 100" for tomorrow, worked for the Hounslow.
Off at 8:43, suspect the wind will pick up towards the end.

I worked out id have done a short 57 had i not gone wrong, which I guess is ok having not ridden a proper 25 course before and the wind being horrible. I was on 110 and it was a bit much, would have been fine with less wind though as the course is basically pan flat. You will probably be alright on 100.

Never heard of him. Does he have previous at that distance?
He wasn't seeded, but he may have ridden 100 before. He did a 47 on Etwall on Saturday as a warm up.

According to TTForum, that was Bideau's début at the distance. Obviously his time reflects a pacing error due to inexperience, and we won't go so fast next time :-)

Nope. Tough.
Was just about sat on 25mph pace but block headwind put paid to that in the last 4 miles. 4:00:56, but about 20 watts up on last 100. Also a 100.4 mile course...
