Worst TT experience ever today, even worse than when I almost took out my minute man during an overtake...
Woke later than planned so no warm up, which really would have been useful as it felt like 4deg at 7am. Took longer than intended to prepare so I raced to start line, missing my start by 50secs - only had to wait for 2mins for a spare slot. Just couldn’t get comfortable on the bike, glutes felt fucked and I assumed this was the reason for lack of speed. Get back with a shit time to find my brakes had been rubbing the whole way round. Half way home I get a call from the organiser as I forgot to sign back in after handing my number. To be honest I hope I get a DNF after all that.

Obviously just a cover for your massive off-season doping regime. Yeah, we're onto you!

The 100 mile TT in norfolk I was looking forward too has been canceled due to potholes.
I wonder how many more will be cancelled after tomorrows rain.

Not as bad as yours, but it’s wasnt a fun morning. I felt my body was warm (obviously it wasn’t) but my hands were so cold I couldn’t take a gel from my top tube and spent 3 mins trying to unclip my helmet after the race.
I got a pb but I’ve put a lot of extra effort into this season so I was disappointed. My heart rate was 15bpm slower than the e2/25 three weeks ago.

Is there a sheath over the bars or is the extension(s) just obscured?

That's what I assumed but I wonder what sort? Bowdler's was way more obvious. Got more pics?

Nice one for getting a PB. I know what you mean about HR - I couldn't seem to even work up a sweat!?
Still, at least I got a 25mi power PB trying to overcome my badly aligned brake pads - idiot. -

But that's got to be pretty aero.

although probably somewhat negated by the CRR penalty of the 24" front wheel.

So's Mick fountain's

• #17619
Yeah, his is lop-sided though isn't it?
-
• #17620
Is it? Off centre? Not noticed that. Thinking about it it's probably hard to get it in the middle because of the stem.
-
• #17621
I'm only going off vague memories of it.

I like the bits of carpet for pads!

This. And don't forget Marion.

Absolutely. I was pushing off on the Marlow 25 course last year and there was a lorry parked in the layby. It meant Marion and I had to go outside it, so the cars were close on our side. She was carrying stuff like a seat and various bags and I had other start stuff. Later she let slip that she normally needs a wheelchair to get about!
Gu ones looks like thread top? I want bite nozzle or one way squeeze nozzle.
