its just too short and a bit too tall and because its got a proprietary stem/handlebar its not possible to make it any longer or lower so I was planning a change anyway, in an ideal world I'd swap onto a canyon ultimate, but only the SLX ones are the right geometry, and they are more than I'd get selling my felt...

No great loss I hope... I'm sure I've heard that Tops's second hand goods are normally towards the "well used" end of the spectrum.

That's why you buy his mostly unused spare race kit

I have this exact same problem. Short legs, long body and arms. So I have a big old drop from saddle to elbow pads, but still sit up and beg like an old dog!

completely ballsed that ride up, having done 315w for a CP test the week before, my ego got the better of me and I was aiming for 320w which was already ambitious, I then did 350w for the first 2 minutes, and spent the rest of the ride in the red and chasing, putting in far too hard an efforts on the up hill sections rather than being patient and then having to recover on the flatter sections.
will come back and read this post next time I do a 10, in the hope it reminds me that riding like an idiot both makes the ride extra unpleasant and knowing all the way through that what I had already done was going to cause me to do terribly!
I'm perfectly capable in the safety of my own garage of pacing a CP20 properly and building steadily over the ride, but was incapable of recognising this on Saturday as I was so desperate to go out and do well, so either I need to be sensible for future rides or start doing 20 minute intervals the way I do when I race!

ERCC Boxing day TT, meant to be Road Bikes, Time penalties for aero stuffs so rode this with added mini crimbo tree and decorations wearing a jumper. Lost my baubles and santa figurine somewhere on the A130 but as last man it wasnt going to ruin someone elses race running over them. 3rd place a couple of minutes down on the winner(P3 with disc wheel etc) so that might change if they apply the penalties
well my body is too long for the bike, I'm pretty scrunched up as a result and there's plenty of head tube/fairing to make it even more difficult to tell where the steerer actually is, so I'd imagine there would be lower hanging fruit out there for anyone trying to prove a point...
