That said, I was looking for 12s in the few weeks after TCR the other day.

I won't be doing as much damage to myself as you will be but I can't imagine having much speed in the legs after I finish it. I've got Breckland 12hr on the 'possible' list but I'm pretty happy with having all the club records save the 10 for now so TTing might take a back seat while I do some traveling in Italy with mates and missus.

Bah, it's been a long day already today. I woke up in Switzerland, and was at my desk here in London's famous London for 9.30am, despite having to use the UK's train network for the last part of the journey. Anyway, very-far-from-ninja edit now made.

I really need to get this leg sorted out too. Not had any ill effects at longer stuff until it crept into the 100 so it's probably getting worse. I could spend all of next year just riding 10s and 25s like 'normal' people :)

into the Hampshire 50, so will hopefully complete the run of improving all of my one this year, off nearly an hour after @umop3pisdn to make up for his hour later start on 10/22 earlier in the year as well and thankfully the later start means I don't have to wake up at silly o'clock, isn't much like the sound of the 6am start time but 7:39 sounds alright, if anyone fancies driving their fleet along he a3 between then and 9:30 that would be excellent!

If only I worked for a logistics company with 70 of them knocking about doing not much on a Sunday.... Hmmmm.....

Do you know if there is a map of this course on line? Looking at entering the Reading CC event in July in a bid to improve my 50 time. What's the old saying 2 x 25 mile TTs +2 minutes? Mine is currently 2 x 25 + 17 minutes!!

Think I'm confident of the finish this time as well, so hopefully I won't sit up thinking I've missed it like I did on the 25 I did there last year.

I just rode straight past the finish sliproad still on the DC last year. Was on for a short 1:52 as well.

I think my target for this is technically 1:49. 4 minutes off my H50/8 time, might be a bit of a stretch. We'll see.

no idea what I'll come away with, have a rough power target and know that it's more than when I did 2:01:55 on 25/8 and that I'm better aerodynamically so confident I'll improve but how much is pure guesswork.

in the 25 I thought I was supposed to have turned left at the last roundabout, so rode along for about half a mile cursing and trying to work if I could climb up the embankment or cross 6 lanes of road and had just decided that neither was possible when he 1 mile to go banner came into view and I got back on it!

How much are you asking? I'd be racing it, though it'd probably hang on the wall during hill climb season.

Not sure. Have seen some front clinchers go for around 300 but market price isnt that high anymore I don't think. Feel free to make an offer of what you think its worth
