@Pifko I'm coming to Poole on Easter Saturday for a week, so I miss the Good Friday test, is there anything else going on that week?
I rode the Rockets and Rascals ride last time I was down, won't be doing that again.
Ah, I'll be travelling up to Yorkshire on the Saturday.
The only events I can see (club and open) are:
27/03 - CC Weymouth 10 (open)- P451
27/03 - B&DWCA 10 - P303What was up with the R&R ride then?

I've got a load of trip strips that I don't imagine I'll get much use out of now that I have the socks.

Wanna do a deal?

• #12014
Let me look them out at home first, but probably yes :-)
-
• #12015
Yeah, sorry about that, but the socks are a better option from a practical perspective as well as having our logo on them.

Chainring sorted, just hope it arrives in time!
would there be a problem (other than an inability/bad shifting) with putting a 55x36 to avoid needing to buy new chainring bolts and just run the 55 as a single ring on 6800 cranks and 6870 deraillier?

• #12017
Reflectoscherrit?

If the 55T fits your 110bcd then it should work. You can hunt down some spacers and use normal chainring bolts to run it without the little ring but like you said that requires spending more. Check that the chain isn't too tight in the gears you're likely to run.

Yep.
-
• #12020
yep shimano 4 bolt is now compatible with all shimano 4 bolt chainrings so you can switch between 50 and 55t relatively easily, good point about the chain though!

Can't be arsed swapping bits around so going to race the Shiv tomorrow (to see how much damage I can do when the new stem slips...) but leave on my fullysickaero 32h rear wheel with magic 10spd 11spd.
Do need to find a place for the currently flopping everywhere junction box. Stupid Di2.

Am trying to drum up enthusiasm to go and set up my TT bike for the High Wycombe 10 next Friday.
I know it needs the stem changed, saddle position changed back to previous position and power meter (Stages crank put on). And maybe other stuff as well - not touched it since August so my memory is a little hazy.EDIT - done it :-)
Worst bit was the stem: was covered in mould from sugary drink spillage that I forgot / CBA to clean off -

Have you got a start sheet yet? Getting the fear as I've seen nothing yet...
Mmmm... sweaty recovery chocolate.
