Thought there was a chap on here who spoke to Aerospoke HQ about this and they asked him to saw off one of the spokes and post that to them as proof of destruction, and they then sent him a new one?

well surely whenever someone wants a new one they could just bash theirs with a hammer and send it back?
I had a pair of oakleys years ago, and whenever i fancied a different colour, i'd just push the lens out of the frame and take them back to the shop for an instant replacement.
and when i reslised oakleys were shit, i pushed the lens out, took them back to the shop, and said i was tierd of the lens falling out and wanted a refund.......which they gave me! -

When I heard that oakleys were apparently bullet proof I got my freind to shoot me in the face with a shot gun while I was wearing them. That is why I am now so hiddiouse to look at.
That may or may not be a trew story.

You have to speak to Aerospoke first and provide them with the serial number of the wheel I believe, otherwise as you point out one wheel would turn into five quite quickly, postage costs notwithstanding.
I thought it to be quite reasonable of them, as has been pointed out above Aerospokes weigh roughly the same as the Moon and are therefore expensive to post.

Speak to asm, as the UK main dealer for 'spok he'll give you all the gen on their returns policy.
His number's in the private thread but only call him between 2am and 6am due to the time difference, he'll get annoyed otherwise.

I believe you still have to pay Arrospok 50% of the cost of the wheel plus the carriage for a replacement...
