  • My favourite: apple and blackberry pie but NO cinnamon or cloves. THE HORROR!

    I really hate cloves...

    ...but love cinnamon

  • There are Kiwis on here and they do miss pies.
Big Ben steak and cheese^ although i think i prefer the minginche myself.

If i was feeling gourmet i'd go the Ponsonby Pie route.

    Never Forget.

  • I make wicked cottage, shepperds, and fish pies.
Comes from being a lazy host. Meat, veg and mash, all in one big pie dish.
Less serving hassle, and less dishes to wash.

  • I just had a pasty.

  • can only eat rhombus/pies on Saturday, as I can't get to the aus shop until then. It closes at 1830.

  • Tried one once. Can't say I was overly impressed. I'd prefer frozen Four and Twenty offal pies.

  • I can say that the Pie from the Crabtree last night was pretty good. Pastry was great, but the filling was a bit suspect, although tasty.

This luchtime its all about the Fullers pie and ale pub.
