Whom would I name as the guilty party in my small claims court case though?

Action homes says that it is Nisa, Nisa that it is Action Homes.

I could accuse both of them, but suspect that the court would want someone to be clearly guilty, rather than hte court having to decide between two possibly guilty parties!

Just thinking about it, there is a certain responsibility that lies with the local council to look into this kind of stuff. Give them a call and ask to speak to building control.

Not nessecarily, unless it turns out that they leak is the fault of the landlord. A small claims court procedure would be directly apportioned against the party responsible for the leak.

I'm buying a flat in Ealing and I need a surveyor. I've got a list from google I'll call tomorrow but I wonder if anyone on here does this work or knows someone who does and wants the job?

Also, any suggestions should I be going for the Homebuyers Report or the full Building Survey?
