YouTube - Venetian Snares - Ghetto Body Buddy
depends what you like but mass in brixton used to be good (don't go out much now as kids take up alot of time) and fabric was fun. best to go to squat parties, they are loads more fun in my opinion. -

Aphex isn't dnb tho! Some of it is drill 'n' bass. However I do second that. My favourite is the material he released under the AFX alias, more acid oriented Analord series is definitely worth checking out!

Some of these track I wouldn't consider intelligent drum and base but I guess that's the problem with music genre
Not sure where I would place genre wise this but it's a nice remix.
Future sound of London's classic papua new guinea remixed by High contrast.
I get a rush from just listening to the vocals.
I hear it in a really nice all high contrast mix by sea monkey but it's been removed from the web. If any one has it let me know it was excellent.

How can DnB be called 'intelligent'? It's the wankiest form of music made by and for complete fuckos!
Do people still actually listen to it? Thought that died off in the late 90's along with geezers in Chipie and Renault 5 Turbos?!
You say that as someone who wanks over modern house music?

Jesus! I forgot how much I love Drum & Bass! I used to listen to tons of it way back. Sometimes I wish I was one of those narrow minded people who only loves a couple types of music and just listens to crap radio, It would be so much easier. My problem is that I F'in love so many different kinds of music that there is no way I can sustain or afford to collect and listen to everything I love consistantly enough. Ugh!
I know how you feel.I've had a dry spell with music at the moment due of two fixie projects.

one more
DJ Patife & Marky - Carolina carol bela
I prefer this instrumental version, I don't need telling that I like something, I'll be the judge of that and you telling me I like something is likely to make me dislike something.

Love all the old LTJ Bukem, Future Engineers, Technical Itch and Goldie. Noticed some Venetian Snares already posted, this is my favourite:

The thread got me searching through my dnb stuff and I found this, might not be appropriate for thread but some good times nonetheless.
