Does it taste like fake banana though, not a fan. At least it looks like 440ml for a tenner.. This is what I tell myself with the nice but pricey impys haha.

Yeah, I get what you mean. Better than the Marston's boxed IS though.
Best I've had recently was the Alechemy Bring out the Imp.

Nice recommendation - less than half the price as well.
Only picked up the fullers as I was riding past the brewery and they were roasting... something and it drew me in like a damn moth.

I'm having a can of Darkstar Brewery Creme Brulee, had it on tap before, but the can is more easy to drink.
Still sweet, very vanilla but nicer than the draught variety.
Would drink again.

Went to Cask Fest yesterday. The Howling Hops Laphroaig peach sour was amazing.

That looks great, Where did you get it from?
The brewery looks very interesting but it appears quite difficult to buy what they produce. -

Bottle shop and tap room on Church field Rd Acton.
Picked up these Italian Lambick style ales. One is with grape and the other Amber Oak.

It's very tasty, I picked it up from Mother Kelly's bottle shop in Stoke Newington.

Today's impy is an imperial blackcurrant stout from To Øl.
Update: it's like alcoholic dark ribena and I want more.

Visited Wagamama for a quick pre gig meal with friends last night, tried a Buddha Chinese beer. Came in a really great bottle but probably the worst beer I’ve drunk in years, weak and totally lacking in taste.

I'm surprised you though it would of been good?
National chain. Check.
Specific bottle to sell the beer in. Check.
Should of just asked for a Carling.

Waga used to sell Kirin Ichiban, which was quite good from what I remember.

The shop has a great range of Belgian, New World, German and London ales. 4 taps, and some rare finds.
I'll let you know if the beers are good soon :)

Tried one of these: https://untappd.com/b/vbdck-verbeeck-back-de-cock-kerel-ipa/2235048 Not too bad but not packing any punch + goes down too fast. Fixed it with some Abt12.
Friends & Family Festival Fringe at my LBS
Evil Twin, Wild Banana 12.5%, delicious.
Tenner a can so firmly in the nice but a bit pricey pile. Would buy again, after payday.
