Toast ale are an ethical brewer who use surplus bread in their brewing process to reduce food waste. They make a pleasant IPA and some session beers.

Rioja barrel Aged Saison using local Suffolk ingredients, wild yeast from cider apples.
Bit like a v.dry cider, nice.
BBE 2028 so perhaps would benefit a lot more aging , but at 5.8% I thought it might not age well?

It's got wild yeast and bacteria in which will develop over time, abv doesn't matter in that case
