Small Bar in Bristol is cute. Sipping a Buxton Shelterstone (ok, inoffensive) and a Cloudwater DIPA. Long way to travel for beers brewed on your doorstep...

My LBS doesn't stock Modus Hoperandi anymore, it is a great beer & I miss it. Maybe it'll reach M&S Chorlton.

^The use of decimal points for the ABVs and Euro commas for the prices really threw me for a minute there, but yes, punchy! (Even at 9.9%, £12 for a third is a hipster tax and then some...)

They could argue travel and tax costs but £6 for a pint of Kernel 3% table beer that has travelled very little is taking the piss.

Ah :( next time!

Did my co-lab last night. Some good stuff on.

Xmas beers. Local excellent bottle shop had stocked up with De Molen.

If you haven't had Binky Claws buy it if you see it. An amazing beer!

Was lucky enough to be given one of these by Little Earth Project when I visited them last month (highly recommend by the way, they have cottages and a pub on site). This is delicious.

Cloudwater Parkin is ace; mastered the Trappist headbanger level of ABV masked with sweetness but the ginger/spices adds something else.

Waitrose in Greenwich seemed to be clearing a load of Wild Beer 750ml bottles for £3.99

Went to the Marble pub in Manchester before the match today. Some good shit, the earl grey IPA was very nice. London prices though.

My favourite pub on earth. Just a bit far to leg it to the the Etihad before kick off. One of those two pint carry out containers makes the walk just about bearable.
