  • Lol not doing it by halves!

  • I would be incapacitated if i drank like that, work would not be an option.

  • Free work drinks. #death

  • I lost count of the beers and the double bourbons, thankfully didn't get into rounds of shots. I did make it home in a cab, passed out on the sofa and slept through my alarms then fell asleep on the Tube and missed my stop. No one wants to wake up in Stratford.. :)

  • It really is, much bland, so boring.

  • Drinking Brewdogs new Elvis Juice. Citrus IPA with Blood orange & grapefruit additions. I'd imagine it owes a bit of inspiration to Bloody 'Ell. Not bad at all.

  • Going to someones birthday at Tanner and Co on Bermondsey Street went on their site to see what beer is on offer. On tap Stella, Beck's Vier and their own watery offering. They do have a small list of 330ml cans and bottles all at £5.50 mostly the ones you can pick up in your local tesco. Meh.

  • Bit poor considering the breweries in that area

  • Hope there weren't any finings used.

There probably were, only they would have been vegan finings. :)

  • Just had Otter Bitter & Otter Ale at The Otter Inn, having passed through Ottery St Mary to get there. /csb

  • Oh my.

  • So. Much. Otter.

  • Chiron from Thornbridge

  • Ye Olde English from Aldi.

    #cheaptrampbooze

  • Forgot to mention it's on the River Otter with access to the water from the beer garden.

    Thankfully no Snot tho.

Extra Otter with easy toilet facilities then?

    Thankfully no Snot tho.

    He'd only spoil it.

  • Had London fields' Broadway Blonde last night. It tastes really vinegary. Not sure if this is the pubs problem as I had their three Weiss monkeys in the same place a few weeks ago and it was flat.

  • Crafty Dan
    Weihenstephaner Dunkel
Flying Scotsman ( yeah I bought it because O'Bree not the train)

  • Irish Moss.
    Copper finings.

    Sorted.

  • I suppose it's a bit like ordering a vegetarian roast and hoping that they didn't use any real gravy on it. I used to have that issue, but then realised that ignorance is bliss.

  • Finding out afterwards can be worse. Luckily the effects of beer prepare you better for that moment than food.

  • Gravy is usually fine, it's the Italian cheese you need to ignore.

  • Picked up a growler of the brew by numbers simple and chinook IPA at the mother Kelly's bottle shop yesterday. Really good, super fruity.

Conversely, Tried a can of the fourpure dry hopped pils earlier in the week. Worst beer I've had in a while, almost went into the sink. Seriously unbalanced. The normal pils is usually pretty good

  • Try their wheat beer, it's worse

  • I'm sure it's been raved about already but the amber ale from Wild Card Brewery in Walthamstow is bare amaze
