Lots of apple juice, a little of the rest.

I think it was roughly 1 teabag and 1 teaspoon of acid per gallon of juice.

Malic acid, although LSD would have made for an interesting evening.

I doubt they can get their toilets as sterile, but yeah, juice and usually raisins for the yeast on the skins I think.
This stuff is perfectly pleasant, clear, drinkable cider in a couple of weeks as all the settling of bits of apple skin and whatnot is unnecessary as it's all done pre ferment by aldi. I doubt it's as good as a properly matured cider from scratch, but as a dirt cheap way of getting pissed it's a winner and it's much better than strongbow or magnas or whatever sugary mess they call cider. All you'd need to do to have it a little less dry and strong is chuck in a campden tablet while there is some sugar left in it to stop it fermenting, I like it dry and strong though.

It is cheap, tearfull, and fuckupish. That said it is an alternative to White Diamond for the Middle Class.

Loved the High Tea and Partizan stuff, the Dude and Ot weren't all that but pretty strong abv I think and I was too pissed to rate the TH version of Duvel.

Wow... Hippy your dedication to the cause is astounding. Keeping up this marathon since the advent selection and the beer reviews deserve some reward. We should probably club together and buy you a spare liver so you can keep this up without a care.

To be fair I'll probably quit booze soon too -helps training motivation, recovery and for weight loss. Gonna get leaner this year see if I can't get some more speed out of this body.
