No need, that's what skydancer and hippy are for. If it doesn't kill them then the rest of us will drink the Kool-Aid.

I've got to say, this may have been posted on here before but this is a fantastic beer!
Smoother and tastier then Hobgoblin, even though it's stronger. Damn good suppin' and going down nicely right now! It's one of my local brewers too. Some work chums and I are planning a brewery tour soon!
Cheers!

Shropshire Gold pretty much nails it as a cycling beer. Light, hoppy, refreshing, and not too strong. Would drink again...

Londinium Coffee Porter on the go between shopping and bus home. Dee-lish.
P.s. my unknown hop is abundant again this year, reckon I picked them too soon last time. If I get it right this time (and dry them well) can anyone make use of some? Happy to post freebie.

Yes please! I brew all-grain at home in 5 gallon batches. As I won't know the Alpha Acid content (the bitterness) of your hop, I'd prob try asimple pale ale with a bog-standard bittering hop and use yours a late aroma hop, to get its full character. Give you a bottle, natch. I usually need 25-50g (dried weight) of aroma hop...

^How do you keep your fermenting beer at the right temperature olly?
I completely screwed up my first try at a beerkit tastes really alcoholic and banana-y which I assume was caused by me brewing it at ~24-26 degrees rather than ~19.
I'm reading about these DIY fermentation chillers which sound good but would take a bit of effort for me

Got bought a CAMRA membership for birthday. Go on their website. First thing you want, is a locator on their website to show you the nearest pubs near you that they approve of. Do they have that? Do they fuck. Closest thing is this:
WARNING: 90s HTML might hurt your eyes

Campaign for the Campaign for Real Ale to get a Decent Fucking Website.I use the iPhone app, you need to buy a £5 per year subscription though.
You can tick off the pubs you have been to or save them as favourites. View nearest to you on a map or view by address in advance (advised if you are going somewhere with iffy mobile).
It does crash/fall over a lot but I put this down to the amount of beer in the data, some of it must leak and get my phone a bit squiffy.

Found these in my local 'food for posh cunts' place.
They sell a load of unidentifiable shit that only people that drive Mercs and play tennis understand but the one thing they do have is a fuck load of booze and most importantly new beers.
No idea what this lot is about. They say German but there's a mention of Gent too.

"Brewers & Union is not only the name of their first craft beer, it is their philosophy, encompassing all of their beers. They work hand-in-hand with brewmasters in Germany and Belgium to develop the finest, most authentic lagers and ales, and bring them to your table."
Well, that explains the confused addresses then.

trying quite a few pale ales currently
two beauts this evening the tribute and the deuchars ipa's
note quite as strongly flavoured as others i've tried -

Tribute used to be the Easts standard when it was at the quizzy pizza pub between Stokie and Clapton. Ahh, those halcyon days
Currently making my first foray into home brewing, starting small with a wilko Golden Ale brewkit.
The beer has been in the fermentation vessel for a week now and I plan to keep it there for another despite the instructions on the beerkit box, and after that siphon it into a load of these badass St Peter's bottles
Maybe even make some stickers :p
