Yeah. I hate main roads. That's the way I always go. I just fancied a decent cut down the backs if there is one. I often go a long way around rather than on direct main roads. But then I'm bloody obtuse.

I really want one of these. Sirrius.

Skully, have a look at my route, it is much nicer, wide roads without much traffic. Check bikehike.co.uk and choose osmycycle tabs, the cycle routes are highlighted and worth trying, check the one from Lambeth Bridge (off Lambeth Road).

I can be at Trafalgar Sq tomorrow night if any new forum members are interested in coming down to Easts.
There would appear to be less interest in the compass beer rides than the last few times, being summer I guess everyone has stuff on. Nontheless with sufficent interest from Oldies and Newbies alike there is still time for this to happen.

This is a great way to meet other forumengers and get actively involved in something. I did one of these myself in the winter as a noob, and i didn't even have a fixed or single speed at the time.
So c'mon then peeps, post up if ya want in.

I might come along just for fun, even though the Ship is fairly near my house :p, I suggest going back through Clapham and down Nightingale Lane (to Wandsworth), and then right onto Trinity road which takes you basically straight there

some may fit your description but seeing as I am not tatooed or a smoker you'd be best going to trafalgar square as stated in the opening post. Peeps will be by the fountainy statuey thingy.
Which point on the compass you headed?
