EDIT: Just mapped it and it's only 3.8 miles. I could run that in 30 minutes. 15 minutes top whack.

Sorry Pip, I forgot. You are the only one who is alowd to drag down the class. Despite falling housing prices, Hornsey lane has gone up in value as a more dessirable place to live sine it has stopped being terorised by a chunky blond chap.
