As today is Tuesday - i could lead a ride from Traf Square but only if there are any Newbies who would like to join us for the South East Drinks at the Roebuck on Great Dover Street.

I need to know by 1730 if anyone is keen!

Just come straight to easts, it'l save you riding into central then back again.

Yup, Trafalgar square to leave at 7. I usually meet at nearly the smallest police station in the world.

Of course you can go straight to the pub, but the ride is nice.

I'm a "Fakier" I think is the term and looking to meet up with fixers and the like to learn some stuff.

Flying out the country the next morning so cant do the drinks or the mrs will lock me out and go without me!

ahhhh I feel at home now breathe's out and pops belt buckle. I dont know how people can jump on that geared shit, seriously cant ever be as sexy as a fixed/snigle! but each to their own I suppose.

Fakier was the term I was told cause I have a thin frame as opposed to a Charge type. But once I get some cash and a bad attitude I'm gonna be on the fix.

You'll find most of the forum Old Guard own and ride plenty of geared bikes. Fixed died in Feb 2008.

There are from time to time some drinks a* bit* nearer you, in Brockley. We failed at the last attempt but it will happen again eventually.

I'll try to remember to let you know when one is planned.
