Managed to fold a 105 5800 chainring this morning which seems to have exploded around a ramp pin. Thanks Shimano!

It looks like Shimano has subcontracted a lot of parts and is now dependent on the delivery schedules of their suppliers.

This is my pet peeve. Why announce a new product when you know your not going to be able to supply it to consumers for many months.

I feel this - the brand I work for is an official “Launch Partner” and we will be receiving 10! Yes, 10 only! DA Groupsets in October. Shambles

I'm planning to buy a new groupset for my partner with small hands. Does anyone know if SRAM Rival AXS shifters have an easier reach than Shimano Mechanical Disc? Or if the small-hand variant Shimano shifters (7025, 8025) are any better?
(Di2 isn't an option on her frame)

Rival AXS has a much smaller reach than the mechanical Shimano stuff. Could try the campy shifters too (full reach adjust across all levels I think)

If you can find the shifters in stock on a UK site let me know.
Just picked up front and rear rival axs mech for cheap brand new on eBay.
But seems stock of the shifters is currently months away?
