Modular polo mallet head design

I'm gonna get some UHMWPE and some Oilon Rod, to make end caps with.

Oilon 65mm x 500mm rod, ordered. In Green only. It's basically UHMWPE with oil mixed in.

Green, nice. Will suit my green and black pompino, a black HDPE head with green caps.

Can I order a double capped cheater ;)

I'm thinking the blue stuff was the best. Lasts like the yellow but not as heavy. Anyone gots some blues?

blue is exactly the same as yellow

but yellow shoots straighter and blue is better for passing.

i always had probs with yellow, just didnt get on with it, don't know why. But broke almost every shaft a yellow head was attached to so decided, not for me.

I drill a 16mm hole and file a bit, so I guess around 17mm

Depends where you cut though. I cut as high as possible, so mine is 17-18mm.

It's for a scale model so 18mm is close enough accuracy.
