• #1629
Scott, I'm gonna have to pull out as I can't summon up the coin by thursday and don't want to hold you up.
-
• #1630
Is Easts OK, Scott? Probably most straightforward for me.
-
• #1631
Have these all been spoken for?
-
• #1632
Hi Scott, I really really would like/need one! PM'd
-
• #1633
Scott demonstrated one of his new designs at the Easts.
Pretty impressive. -
• #1634
but did he fill it up with water?
-
• #1635
No water there. Only fine ales.
-
• #1636
its all good,
Im sure your not going to make a bag you put your name on look shit (out of choice) so im leaving it with you...;)
-
• #1637
Sounds good to me, any idea when they'll be done?
-
• #1638
God i love Bikepacking gear, it works so well as an alternative to racks and panniers...especially on track bikes with no eyelets.
It shows. Your brown set-up from the camping trip thread says it all - Brilliant.

• #1639
personally, I'm just looking forward to seeing you again.

Kidney. Dibs.

What would you give for £2000 right now, in terms of equity?
And how much would it take as seed capital to stop from ever wishing for £2000 in the near -> mid term future?
You have an amazing product and a decent sized market. It seems awful for the business to be so volatile, for the sake of cash flow.
Just my $0.02
-
• #1642
For $0.02 you could probably take 70% of the company.
-
• #1643
I would ya know!
Do i NEED my kidney? or is it one of those bits we have a spare of?
You could live without one of them. But I'll only pay up if I get the full set. No splitting. -

you can get by on one.
-
• #1645
We can remove one of your kidneys Damo, instead of injecting you with illness?
-
• #1646
that'll work. and then sell it to raise money for scott?
that's direct action that is.
-
• #1647
Lolz. We won't be seeing you in the Dragon's Den any time soon then!
If you do ever want to talk about investors, I'd love to have a chat with you. I know this lawyer called Clive O something that I reckon we could wheedle some cash out of...

I was going to write this earlier. Then I realised I really wasn't good with medium to large-sized words.
So I deleted my post and started a game of solitaire.I also seem to remember asking you when I bought my Rosie from you if you had considered something along these lines before. I just couldn't remember your answer and didn't wish to appear the fool.

I have no idea how these things work either, but it's a shame seeing you struggle when you're doing such a nice product and in the best way possible add to that. I guess the best way to support you, unless you welcome some kind of investment / funding, is to buy a bag. It's certainly on my cycle-related-things-to-get, but until I got my geared road / tourer ready my chrome will have to do

Got my saddlebag this morning, as promised. It's a lovely thing and I can't wait to see how much stuff I can cram into it tonight.
Thanks so much to Scott, Jim (I'm a courier) Hillbilly and Rosie (I'll handle the money) Bendix. You lot are stars.
Don't be silly, this is what a decibel meter is for.
