I'll happily take Rosie off your hands. I'm off today and could nip over. I know the choice will be limited, but what colours have you got that haven't been picked up/paid for etc?

Impose a 2 weeks 'snooze and lose' option. I'm sure there are many people out there willing to be on the reserve list and pay straight away.
I second that motion.

pay full up front

Again it then means halfway through the month i have to then repost what's available again and wait for people to decide and pay and collect and everything ends up last minute again.
Fair point.
+1 to paying up front then. Every other business does this so why shouldn't you. People shouldn't have a problem with this.
Perhaps then people will realise this is your job and not take advantage of your good nature. -

+1 to paying up front - Scott makes some seriously good stuff and all by hand, he shouldn't have to be constantly sitting with piles of ordered but not paid for bags.

paying full price at front FTW

Finally, a bag worthy enough to be dedicated to Kriss Kross. About bloody time, them boys deserve the recognition. Jump, Jump!.....or not.
The new Bag looks the Bees Bollox Scott! Another Winner!
FWIW I Definitely think it is more than acceptable to ask folk to pay upfront, particulary for the smaller items you are knocking out in a short time.
Then, maybe a Deposit for larger bags would make it more viable option. -

^ I may be interested in a bag, I have seen your flickr, but dunno what is called what and exactly what's available?!!?
If I can find out I'll pay whenever, before if u like...

We need to get some pics of your bike bag setup Rik. Might need to send them to someone.
There's no might about it. He's going to kick your ass if you don't sort it out.

I dont have a decent camara, but I could let you both bags for a week, I'm sure Em's Surly could be use in stead of my bike, and you could do the photo report

I have a brand new, never used 'Estelle' laptop bag for sale. I'll post pictures shortly, but for now i can tell you it's dark brown outer with yellow liner.
It has a padded back and simple webbing shoulder strap with rubber pad and an anti sway strap. The straps can be swapped for either shoulder.
There is just the flat main pocket and a bellows style front pocket.
Great as either a laptop bag or just for those who don't want to carry much stuff. Although Estelle herself seems to fit plenty in hers. ;]I was selling these for £8O, but i'm asking £5O for this one as rent is due.
I'm interested
edit: that's a dibs

No, you're an end.
i'm guessing it can't be adjusted so that you can wear it on alternative shoulders? I'm am also assuming that it can be made in the mirror image of the example?
looks good, quite fancy an upgrade to my mail bag.
