Fair point. Have to say Merlin have been incredibly quick and professional. It arrived mid morning today (text and email to confirm) and now its on my desk. Its not even an OEM product. Proper box and ting.

Merlin are, generally, good. I had a minor issue with them earlier this month when I returned something and they said they hadn't received it. I'd sent it signed for and quickly managed to get a date, time and signature of delivery, sent that to them and they refunded straight away.

They were on the 1st floor, right at what I estimate to be the north-east corner of the room (continue walking from the stairs to the back of the floor, then go right into the next section and they're in front of you, along with some bells and some other piece of hipster cycle frippery. My receipt says 12:57, so they had one then :)

Anyone doing this Eurosport deal having problems? I can't seem to buy it using my old account. Do you have to create a new account in order to get the deal?

If you use gmail - gmail doesn't recognise . so just put a . in your email and eurosport will think it's a different email...
