I got half way through ordering one but my internet connection was creaky, so I went to bed and thought I'd order in the morning...

It wasn't necessarily your internet. It took me an hour to order the saddle and a bunch of tubes. The site was insanely slow.

There were 7 left when i ordered mine on Saturday evening, and still 7 left when my friend ordered his 3 the next morning.

Yodel just delivered my order. The saddle has a dent in the foam but I expect it's just from delivery. No retail packaging so must have been a naughty-order, like for OEM use or something?

Anyway, I'd contacted Yodel at 7pm-ish cos my delivery wasn't here, I tried not to be snotty just asked if it would definitely arrive tomorrow (gotta stay and wait etc). Two hours later and it's here. Apparently the last guy had his van break down. Fair play to them for getting someone else out to deliver it, even so late in the evening.

Listing the RRP they want, setting a fake discount then offering another discount on top of it - this results in a price which, unfortunately, isn't great.

They change every couple of days. I'm sure the Challenge Strada tubulars were around £3o-£35 a while back, with a 30% discount. Now they are £49, with a 40% discount

Yeah its worth keeping a check on their prices against other places, but Ive got some real bargains on there before too
