PS Many thanks to Future for saving the heraldic Fucktones DuckCrown™ from the moshy pit of fire doom...
#chanellinggreenhellWhat else is a manager for?
On a more thinking-man thank drinking-man's metal note, is anyone going to see Stephen O'Malley at Shoreditch Church on the 11th? I saw S&M, who are supporting, a few weeks ago and they're the witchiest best thing I've heard in ages.

Also, can anyone recommend some tunes as an intro to that band Clutch? I saw in TimeOut they're playing somewhere, and I know some of you guys here like them.

First album is best, Clutch "Transnational Speedway League" (1993) (Full Album) - YouTube
late 00's stuff loses the dirgy heaviness and is more bluesy stoner, with a slight aftertaste of Audioslave (bleugh). Haven't seen them play live though so don't know if they've still got it.Definitely going on the 11th Kevron, so hopefully see you there

Basically anything they've done... the first album Transcendental... is more hardcorey but that's the only one that's left field, still good though.

Beyond heavy. Sounds like a gigantic viking mech-warrior arising in super slow motion out from under a mountain of thousands of his eviscerated victims:

I think a lot of you saw Indian with Conan some weeks ago.
Tonight in this town they are playing together with Inter Arma. I have been looking forward to this for a while http://www.whitetrashfastfood.com/events/6862-live-indian--inter-arma

I bought the first two tracks they put out, *Night Child *and Black Rainbow, some weeks ago - liked the latter especially.
Listening to the forthcoming LP for the second time now I'm really disappointed, close to annoyed even.
The thing is she can't really sing apparently, and the rest is mediocre also. -

Anyone else excited for Necros Christos on June 14th (a week after Mystifier!)?
Missed them last time around, should be good :)
Not strictly metal, but the new Woldmother is out.
You can buy it on Bandcamp for Au$7, it's about £4 (or more if you like)
Not had a proper listen yet, but so far so WM.
