Anyone got a spare vbrake boaster plate?
John, could you ask 3m if they want to make prototype boaster plate for me to test? Same as the vbrake adapter, just without the arms!?

Even he wouldn't claim to like that bike? Surely... Hmmm you're right we need to post loads so it falls of the page before he sees it!

I'm not entirely sure what you mean. You can talk to him directly on facebook, I don't know how much it will cost though:

Joe Burge rode a 20" bike in a major tournament a few years ago, I think. He documented the experience on the MKE blog.

I predict dedicated goalies on 36ers and dedicated outfield players on mini-velos by 2013. To avoid this scenario we should let the UCI restrict us to 26/700c wheels.

Someone needs to save us from ourselves

Maybe for you guys up north but not to LDN's taste ;)
Assuming all other variables remains equal, thread pattern do offer certain benefits. Slick tyres has least rolling resistant, knoblies the worst and grooved ones dissapates water, might be worth considering, no?

Slick tyres are grippy
Knobbly tyres shed mud and grip on loose surfaces but offer less grip on the road
grooved tyres are for show, grooves are there to dissipate water but this isn't needed on bicycle tyres because of the pressure, size and speed. They don't aqua plane like cars and motorcycles.
So basically you should have slicks on, which everyone probably guessed already…

http://www.on-one.co.uk/cyclesearch?q=macinato&x=0&y=0Same geometry as a pomp but even cheaper. Can't say fairer than that really!
Thread patterns anyone? ;)
