Would a disk brake make you better?

Would see disc as an issue with left handed players as when they defend/shoot the disc would be facing the shots/mallet. Shouldn't be a prob for most of the right handed players.

I'm also thinking about going to disc, at least for the fact that my breaks don't brake when wet and the fuck*ng seal-sound in my brakes (rims are crooked and brakesurface is gone)

even with salmon brake pads they don't brake in wet weather

I think it need some sort of guard to stop the disc getting bent, but all I can imagine a guard doing is bending and rubbing on the disc...
