HTFU!
We played some good polo.
With an impressive spread of goals dan and anthony will be pro in no time.
Tho Shamim and I obliterated them 3-0 in 2on2 (after Chris and I were obliterated by them 0-3).3 mallets ready to be made up to order - £5 a pop.
Mallet length should be 1-2cm below the saddle, so if you give me the spec i'll cut em down for you. -

Suggestion, feel free to ignore....
Covered rooftop basketball pitch on corner of Gooch st?
Might be too small but if not they might let you hire it when it's raining?

great idea. i take it it's concrete/tarmac/asphalt/some other hard surface? would be cool to be able to play in the dry on a rainy day.

I reckon it is. Look at http://www.bing.com/maps/ its the first building on left on Goodge Street/Bishop Street turning left off Sherlock Street. Go to Birds Eye view, it is the white roof with 2 rows of skylights, you can see a five a side net at one end (rotate view with arrows). 3 sides are open with mesh fencing.
