I got an internet radio for my birthday, just got around to setting it up now.

Can anyone recommending some good house music internet stations?
Not hard house. More NY / Chicago / Detroit, or dub / deep stuff, even UK garage.

What's an internet radio?

Check out the radio stations on itunes. loads of good house music shows on there. Plenty of mixes available online too. Try and avoid u.k garage though, it's a bit shandy.

It looks like a radio, but plays stations off the internet too, as well as standard radio and digital radio (connects through the wi fi)

Not sure if this is exactly the right place, but I just heard that Shem McCauley, AKA Slacker, Head Honcho etc (Jukebox in the Sky label) died last weekend in Thailand. Anyone who was into prog house in the 90s/ early 00s should know who this guy was and that he was a cornerstone of the more warped end of prog/trance. RIP.

to understand the geneology of house music you would best go on to the Bright Times thread, read it from the start it charts club culture from its emergence, also
listen to everything which reveals the inspiration of the house master producers, and also where they got most of the hooks, samples, basslines and rhythms that appear in the tracks on this HMT.

Or just pump it up.
