Even now that we are playing the best attacking football in the league and are above you? He's probably counting his chickens or somehting
I think Arsenal need to come up with some new excuses as to why they bottle it every March. Lack of activity in January and a stubborn and one dimensional manager spring to mind -

Ouch, Mike is pretty much on the money there, doesn't happen often but he's right this time!

Liverpool's winning % from Feb-end of season in the league for the past 30 games has been 40%
Arsenal's winning % from Feb-end of season in the league for the past 30 games has been 70%
United's for comparison has been 73%
And surprisingly Chelsea's has only been 50% (though both seasons were damaged by European success)
Less of an excuse of the bottling more an explanation that the bottling didn't really happen at this point in the league - the only fair comparison as Liverpool haven't been in Europe for a few years now.

And for comparison Liverpool's winning percentage in the league from 1st Feb-end of season in the league was the same as Wigan Athletic's in this period.

I think it's more of a fact that Arsenal seem to be out of the running yet again.

I don't think that this will be the case this season, they are undoubtedly a much more coherent and dangerous opponent and I'm very much readying myself to have a selfie in a Liverpool kit in May.

So it's between you and...?

It's City's to lose.

^ Oh fuck off. I expected better from you.

It's City's to lose.
The thing is, nobody actually believes this.
Mourinho keeps uttering it like a demented mantra but he, the players, the fans, the pundits, the bookies, even my cat all know whose title it is to lose and it is not City's -
• #98387
I'm sure Mourinho still thinks Arsenal are in the title race.
-

I'm sure he still thinks Uefa are staking out his gaff....

And Wegner is still watching him undress from that big telescope he has installed in his Totteridge home

At what point does ozil question why he is at arsenal? Seriously a world class player needs to be in a team that has other world class players. Expect movement this summer if arsenal don't promise more big signings.

Still wishing I had put that bet on Liverpool to win the league at 9/1 a fee weeks ago #cornyproof

Liverpool managed to keep hold of Suarez without making any world class signings.

^^Would have been nice for the stakes and giggles but ultimately a waste of money.

Fes - worth a tenner though.

Add Champions League and FA cup to that too. March, the bedwetters month

I have a sneaky feeling Tottenham will do them over and possibly beat them into 4th place.
Does the Universe end if both Arse and the Scum fail to finish in the top 4? -

I think someone presses reset, and we start the season again from the last save point.

At least he isn't going senile like Pellegrini.
Tongue in cheek really but the whole 'what are they smoking over there' tweet could have been taken exception to.
Doesn't seem like a smart move to me - if I were in that players shoes, I would be fucking pissed.
